I too have had this problem. and I have this piece of advice for you. You mention in some of your posts that only the Patek and the Paneri give you this rash. I recommend possibly going to one of the manufacturers that is definately NOT giving you a rash, and ordering a strap from them that will fit your Patek or your Paneri. This just might solve your problem..
